You'll log your daily food intake directly into the app or MyFitnessPal, making it simple to monitor your exercise, nutrition and daily habits. Additionally, we encourage you to update your progress pictures and measurements regularly to track your physical transformation over time.

Feedback & Support: After reviewing the weekly check-in form, we'll provide you with personalised feedback and support via email & loom video. Our goal is to celebrate your success, address any challenges you may encounter, and provide actionable guidance to keep you moving forwards towards your goals. For ongoing support and community engagement, you'll have access to our free Facebook support group, where you can connect with fellow clients, share experiences, and receive additional support and encouragement

HOW LONG WILL I REQUIRE 1-1 NUTRITION COACHING FOR?
At evolution fitness & health we recommend working together for at least 3-6 months, with a minimum of 12 weeks. This timeframe allows us to not only address your nutritional needs but also focus on behavioural change, which is crucial for long-term success. Establishing new habits and attitudes towards food takes time and consistent effort. During our coaching period, we'll work on identifying and modifying any behaviours that may be hindering your progress, while also implementing sustainable dietary changes. This structured approach ensures that you have the support and guidance needed to achieve your health goals and maintain them in the long run.
WHAT WILL I LEARN FROM NUTRITION COACHING WITH YOU?
Through nutrition coaching with evolution fitness & health, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how food impacts your body and overall health. We'll look into macronutrients, micronutrients, portion control, and meal planning, tailored to your specific goals. Additionally , you'll learn how to make healthier food choices, develop sustainable eating habits, and navigate various dietary preferences or restrictions. You'll also learn valuable skills for behavioural change, such as goal setting, overcoming barriers, and building a positive relationship with food. Our coaching will empower you with the tools and strategies necessary to take control of your nutrition and achieve lasting results.
WILL I HAVE TO WEIGH MY FOOD?
We understand that weighing food can feel overwhelming for some people, and it's not for everyone. While kitchen scales can be an effective tool for learning about portion sizes and building consistency in meal preparation, they are not the only method available. There are various ways to measure portion sizes, including using visual cues, hand measurements, or simply becoming more mindful of serving size. Many of our clients have achieved great results and developed a solid understanding of nutrition without weighing their food. We'll work together to find the approach that best suits your preferences and lifestyle, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in managing your nutrition.
WILL I RECEIEVE A MEAL PLAN?
As part of our nutrition coaching, you will receive guidance on creating a personalised meal plan that aligns with your preferences and lifestyle. Initially, we may work together to develop a sample day of eating tailored to your goals and dietary requirements. However, our ultimate goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to plan your meals independently. Throughout the coaching period, we'll educate you on how to make informed food choices that support your health and fitness goals, gradually transitioning you towards complete autonomy over your nutrition. This approach fosters long-term success and sustainability, empowering you to confidently navigate your dietary choices beyond our coaching relationship
WILL I BE ABLE TO HAVE A SOCIAL LIFE?
Absolutely! Maintaining a social life is an important aspect of overall well-being, and we fully support that. We work closely with our clients to develop strategies for navigating social settings while still making progress towards their nutrition goals. It's all about finding a balance that works for you. Additionally, we provide you with an eating out guide featuring some of the UK's favourite eateries, so you can make informed choices even when dining out. This resource will help you enjoy social occasions while still prioritising your health and fitness goals. Our goal is to empower you to make mindful choices in any situation, ensuring that your social life enhances, rather than hinders, your progress towards a healthier lifestyle.
DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT PROGRESS PICTURES?
While some of our clients find it helpful to track thier progress with progress pictures, it's completely optional. What matters the most to us is celebrating your progress together in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful to you. Throughout the coaching period, we'll discuss aternatives methods for gauging your results and keep track of your journey. Whether it's through measurements, changes in energy levels, improvements in strength or endurance, or simply how you feel both physically and mentally, we'll find the approach that works best for you. Our focus is on supporting you in achieving your goals in a way that aligns with your preferences and values.
WILL I BE PROVIDED RECIPES?
Yes, we provide a wide range of recipes to cater to different dietary preferences and needs. We have an extensive database of over 2,000 recipes, we offer recipe ebooks tailored to various dietary lifestyles, including high protein, low carb, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and keto. We also have specialised recipe collections for cooking methods like slow cooker, air fryer & fakeaway. These resources ensure that you have access to delicious and nutritious meal options that suit your taste buds and support your health goals.
