WHEN DO I NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER?
A personal trainer can help you find the right starting point to protect your body and help you safely increase the intensity of your workouts as you progress. If you are overweight, when you are underweight, when you are unfit, hiring a personal trainer could be one of the most livechanging decisions that you could make. In short, there is not a bad time to enrol in personal training.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?
You should train with a PT 1-3 times per week. Once per week if you are on a budget and you can train solo at least one further time a week. Three times per week if you are looking to learn exercises faster and correctly. You should plan on working with a PT for 3-6 months when you first start - the more sessions the better to prevent you getting into bad habits.
WILL MY PERSONAL TRAINER PROVIDE NUTRITION SUPPORT & GUIDANCE?
Yes. There will be a comprehensive support plan, (guide, advise, recommend and suggest), in place to complement your exercise plan, relevant to an individual's fitness goals. You will receive a recipe pack as well as a monthly recipe ebook & help to set up your calorie and macronutrient breakdown to help you stay on course during your programme.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
Essentially, this will depend on your goals, starting point and physical ability as well as the number of session you have per week. You will see results more quickly if you have 2 or more sessions per week. Generally speaking, you can expect to have more energy and feel stronger relatively quickly, noticeable results in approximately 4-8 weeks.
DO I HAVE A MINIMUM TERM COMMITMENT?
No, we do not have a mimimum term contract. We believe in flexibility and providing our personal training customers with options that suit their needs, all we ask is 30 days written notice.
HOW LONG IS A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?
At evolution fitness & health, our personal training sessions are 60 minutes long, providing you with a full hour of dedicated attention and guidance to achieve your fitness goals effectively.
