Scott is a highly qualified personal trainer, diabetes specialist, sleep and nutrition coach based in Barnstaple North Devon. As the founder of evolution fitness & health, Scott is dedicated to helping clients achieve their desired results and become healthier, fitter versions of themselves.
Scott's passion for fitness began years ago with kickboxing, a discipline in which he attained a black belt. This sparked his journey into the fitness world, leading him to join a gym and gain his initial level 2/3 Personal Training qualifications. However, Scott's knowledge didn't stop there. He has since expanded his expertise by obtaining numerous additional qualifications such as Level 4 in Diabetes Control & Weight Management, and Level 4 Nutrition for Weight Management & Athletic Performance.
Scott ensures he stays at the forefront of the industry through continuous training, courses, and updates. Scott has since enrolled on Level 4 Archon Fitness Profiling, Advanced Behaviour Change, Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coach
A member of the respected CIMSPA (Chartered institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity), Scott takes pride in his ongoing professional development. He firmly believes that continual learning is instrumental for sustained success, both for himself and his clients.
Scott's own fitness journey is an inspiration. He regularly challenges himself through rigorous training, maintaining an exceptional level of physical conditioning that allows him to lead by example. His high expectations extend to the clients he trains, for whom he has immense pride in helping them unlock their full potential.
